PROFILE
Sea
Factor, a crewing agency, was founded in 1996. Our company is located in Sevastopol, one of the
largest ports in Ukraine, traditional home city of thousands of seamen. We
have one of the most extensive databases of Ukrainian seamen. 90% of these
seamen have prior experience working for international shipowners. We are
able to fulfill requests for seamen of all ranks. Our agency consists of 2
independent divisions:
* The Merchant Vessel Division;
* The Fishing Vessel Division;
PARTNERSHIP
As we
have partnerships with crewing agencies from Kherson, Izmail, Odessa,
Mariupol, Kerch and Yalta, we are able to find seamen with the appropriate

INFORMATION
As
the informational center of the Crimean Association of Crewing Agencies, we
have the most up to date information about previous employers' evaluations
of seamen, so we are able to provide prospective employers with references
for seamen. This allows the shipping company to make the best-informed

"Moryak Kryma" (Crimean Seaman), where we advertise vacancies.

PROGRAM

many Ukrainian marine schools and colleges in order to select the best
students to be employed by foreign shipping companies. This program enables
